REALTOR® of the Year

DEADLINE For Submission is January 15, 2019

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Nominee cannot be previous winner within last 5 years.
  • Current Year President is ineligible.
  • Candidate must be current member of TABR and in good standing.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS ARE RATED AS FOLLOWS

  1.  Board Activity – Value 50% –   Board offices and committee work, special assignments, seminar activity and educational work, membership and offices held in local board.
  2.  Civic Activity – Value 20% – Local, state and national level participation in civic and service clubs, charitable activities, political commissions, fraternal or religious groups, etc.
  3.  Business Accomplishments – Value 15% – Recognized good business conduct, service to clients, imaginative and creative advertising programs, rehabilitation work, land utilization, etc.
  4.  REALTOR® Spirit – Value 10% – high principles, faithfulness to laws and regulations of Code of Ethics and local Board, and furtherance of principles of good real estate practice among other brokers and general public.
  5. State Association and National Association Activity – Value 5% – Offices held and committee work, attendance and participation at state conventions, directors meetings, educational conferences, etc.
