2015 HOME SALES REPORT
The Thomasville Area Board of REALTORS® just released their 2015 End of the Year MLS Report.
There were 583 listed residential properties that were reported sold during the 2015 year. This number
equates to just over 1.6 homes being sold every day for 365 days. In 2014 there were 551 residential properties
reported as being sold. The 2015 increase in residential transactions over 2014 work out to almost a 6% gain.
As of February 14, 2015 there are 458 listed residential properties being actively marketed for sale in the Thomasville Area Board of REALTORS® MLS.
